2025 has already seen some incredible book releases. Nightshade, Arcana Academy, Wrath of The Dragons, Game On… And so many more! Now that we’re entering the final quarter of the year, here are some final upcoming romance book releases that you need to know about!
Riding The Line by Emma Lucy
Emma Lucy, originally released her debut cowboy romance, Live, Ranch, Love, book one in the Willow Ridge series, in July of 2024. Earlier this year, Emma very rightfully earned her trad publishing contract with Harper Collins and saw her trad-publishing debut in May 2025.
Riding the Line is the second book in the Willow Ridge series and follows enigmatic, Cherry Hensley, and sexy bartender, Duke Bennett. The two of them made appearances in Live Ranch Love and we are excited to see where their story takes them.

Soul Searching by Lyla Sage
Lyla debuted with her small town cowboy romance “Done and Dusted”, book one in the Rebel Blue Ranch series, and was an instant success. The Rebel Blue Ranch series now has 4 books total and is certainly a fan favourite for small town romance lovers.
Sticking to her roots, Lyla Sage has an upcoming small town romance release, though this one is very different when comparing to the Rebel Blue Ranch Series…

The Build a Boyfriend Project by Mason Deaver
Mason Deaver is a well-known queer romance author, and has seen a number of their books reach bestsellers lists. The most popular of their books, I Wish You All The Best, has been translated in 4 different languages already, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese and is a globally loved romance that follows a non-binary teen and their journey to finding self love and acceptance.
Mason’s upcoming release is expected to hit similar levels of popularity. Following Eli Francis and Peter Park, The Build a Boyfriend Project has been described as a “sweet and steamy, queer romance with trans representation”, and we are incredibly excited for their story.

Good Spirits by B K Borison
Well-loved author, B K Borison first gained popularity with her Lovelight Farms series and has continued to be very successful with her Heartstrings series. Book one, First Time Caller, was inspired by Sleepless in Seattle, and is a very swoon worthy romance.
Good Spirits is one of two of B K Borison’s upcoming releases, the second being And, Back To You (book two in the Heartstrings series). With And Now, Back To You releasing early 2026, we will talk more about it at a later date.
Good Spirits however, releases on 21st October and has fans very excited. This festive small-town romance follows Nolan Callahan and Harriet York. Harriet is a sweet, kind people-pleasing girly and wants nothing more than to be a good person. Nolan is *drum roll please* ……… the Ghost of Christmas Past. Brimstone by Callie Hart
Brimstone is set to be one of the most popular romantasy releases of late 2025, as the sequel to instant-bestseller, Quicksilver. Gaining popularity first as a self-published title, Quicksilver was snapped up by Hodderscape in 2024 and immediately became one of the biggest romantasy titles in recent years, up there with the likes of Fourth Wing Rebecca Yarros.
Book two in the Fae & Alchemy series continues to follow Saeris Fane and Kingfisher and fans are on the edge of their seats to see what happens next. Described as having razer-sharp banter, heart-stopping action and blistering hot romance, we can only expect it to be just as gripping as book one.
Fallen Stars by Imani Erriu
Fallen Stars is the sequel to Sunday Times bestseller, Heavenly Bodies, and will continue the story of Elara and prince Lorenzo. Book one was an epic enemies-to-lovers romantasy which soared in popularity due to platforms such as BookTok and is packed with some of our favourite tropes. From fated mates to slow burn and touch-her-and-i’ll-kill-you, it’s no wonder Heavenly Bodies has so many fans captivated.
Fallen Stars is expected to be another heart-stopping tale filled with pirate adventures, mermaid mysteries, revenge and betrayal, and we are desperate to read it already!
